Have you heard about all the great benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, strength, balance and peace of mind, but you are not sure where to begin? Join us for a 2 hour gentle, instructional workshop where we will discuss how to perform a series of basic poses, breathing techniques and sequences to prep you to attend any yoga class. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
