Yoga & Camping Trip to French Creek State Park with Retreat Leaders (Kristin, Meg & Mark)

"Live by the Sun, Love by the Moon" Friday, September 16, 2016 - Sunday, September 18, 2016 12:45 pm - 1:00 pm

On this two night yoga & camping getaway into beautiful French Creek State Park, we will be hitting the trails and finding our practice among new terrain by day and sleeping under the stars (and a full moon) along with cooking up tasty treats at the bonfire by night. This retreat is about celebrating our connection to nature, to ourselves and to all those that surround you.

Bring a friend or make some new ones for the day (Saturday) or for the full camping retreat. This will be a sweet experience, not too miss. Vegan Toasted marshmallows, Glow stick necklaces and hiking (and howling) under a full moon are all happening and so much more!

About the Campsite:
Once an industrial complex for the fledgling United States of America, today French Creek State Park is an oasis for people and wildlife. Straddling the Schuylkill Highlands, the 7,730-acre park is the largest block of contiguous forest between Washington D.C. and New York City. The forests, lakes, wetlands, and fields are a destination for the people of southeast Pennsylvania to hike, fish, camp and bike.
