Yoga Hike at Lundale Farm

Saturday, April 12th 10am-1pm Cost: $45 (includes lunch)

Breathe fresh air, explore new terrain and stretch out as we take our yoga practice to the farm. Join us for a 2.5-3 mile hike on Lundale Farm, a sustainable farming community that is a place of inspiration, innovation and opportunity for new farmers, landowners, and others committed to locally grown food.

On the trail, we will travel up and down rolling hills along French Creek as we weave in deep, relaxing yoga poses and learn about the farm’s history and ever growing presence in the community. Each pose along the way is designed to build strength, balance and flexibility while helping you connect with the natural surroundings.

The hike and yoga practice is two hours long, followed by an hour gathering at Montesano Brothers Italian Market to enjoy great local food and conversation. All levels welcome (moderate inclines on the trail).

Wear comfortable layers and walking shoes; bring a yoga mat, bag to carry the mat and water. In inclement weather, the hikes will be rescheduled. The classes meet at the Lundale Farm. Proceeds from the classes help support the mission of the non-profit farm.
