“And therefore, if the head and body are to be well, you must begin by curing the soul; that is the first thing.” - PlatoIt is becoming all too clear that healing starts from within. It takes a holistic approach that is very individual- one that involves the body, mind and soul. Only you know your path of healing you seek. Trillions of cells communicate with the conscious mind to tell us what we need to do for optimal health, to keep moving forward, we just need to listen in.From taking a look at what you put in your body to how you treat your body when it comes to movement, to your thoughts in the ways you communicate and connect with others and even your ability to share what is unique about you- it is all pieces of one large circle and you are at the center, the artist with a blank new canvas.
“Each patient carries his own doctor inside him.” - Albert Schweitzer
