Crash, debris on Route 30 cause major delays in Lancaster County (wgal.com) — If you're driving near Lancaster today, expect major backups on Route 30 through Manheim Township, where a crash eastbound and spilled sandbags westbound are slowing traffic between the Route 283 and Route 222 interchanges. Crews are cleaning up the debris and handling the crash near the Route 501/Lititz Pike/Oregon Pike exits, and drivers are urged to stay alert and use extra caution.

4. Lazy Birds Band Returns To Lancaster Cultural Arts Center Sept. 5 (yoconews.com) — Downtown Lancaster music lovers can catch the Lazy Birds Band at the Lancaster Cultural Arts Center this Saturday, Sept. 5, at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $21 in advance or $25 at the door, with free on-site and street parking. The roots group blends Appalachian, blues, folk, pop, and Americana, and tickets are available now through the center's lcactickets.org site.
   

5. Lancaster to host state conference on leadership, AI (cpbj.com) — Lancaster will host Pennsylvania's statewide SHRM HR conference Sept. 10–11 at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort & Convention Center, bringing professionals here to discuss AI, leadership, and workplace trends.
