Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Lumen Aesthetics & Wellness in Lederach, PA. With more than a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in medical weight management, including GLP-1 therapies, perimenopause and menopause care, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and metabolic wellness.

As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with the Obesity Medicine Association's Certificate of Advanced Education, Michelle brings advanced training and an evidence-based approach to helping patients navigate these often complex health concerns.

Her goal is simple: Listen to your concerns, understand your health history, identify what may be contributing to your symptoms or challenges, and work with you to develop a personalized, practical treatment plan.

Whether that means finding the right menopause treatment, developing a sustainable weight management strategy, or adjusting an existing approach that isn't working, Michelle provides compassionate, focused guidance to help you move forward with confidence.

Once you've established an effective treatment plan, you can often continue your care with your regular provider when appropriate. Michelle values collaboration with your existing healthcare team and remains available for follow-up consultations, treatment adjustments, or additional guidance whenever needed.
