• 9 charges dismissed, 1 held for Delco woman accused of financial exploitation of Montgomery Township nursing home resident (northpennnow.com) — A Montgomery Township nursing home resident was allegedly targeted in a small-scale debit card fraud scheme linked to the Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and most charges against the accused Delaware County woman have now been dropped. She will still face one misdemeanor access device fraud charge in Montgomery County Court in July, while the aide who first requested money has not been charged locally as of late May.
