Stay active, improve strength and flexibility, and connect with others through SilverSneakers classes at Juniper Village at Lebanon.
These classes are designed for adults of all fitness levels and are open to both residents and community members!
SilverSneakers Classic
• Tuesdays & Fridays | 11 a.m.–12 p.m.
• Held in The Club
• Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness through low-impact exercises using chairs, weights, tubing, and other light equipment.
SilverSneakers Walking
• Mondays & Thursdays | 1 p.m.–2 p.m.
• Starts at The Club and continues throughout campus
• Features warm-up stretches, a 30-minute walk, and cool-down breathing exercises in a supportive group setting.
