• Leetsdale public works has a new supervisor (triblive.com) — Leetsdale residents will see longtime employee Bobby Ford Jr. step up as the borough's new public works supervisor, overseeing vital services like snow removal, trash pickup, and street maintenance. Council also approved new bookkeeping services, plans to hire another public works laborer, and announced an Oct. 14 public presentation on a Keystone-funded historic resource survey at the borough building.
