$1.2M Grant Will Boost Tullytown Revitalization Project
U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick has secured the grant that will help with the complete overhaul of Main Street in Tullytown.

TULLYTOWN BOROUGH, PA —Tullytown's Borough Revitalization Project is getting a boost.
U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick has secured a $1.2 million Community Project Funding (CPF) grant for the project.
The funding will unlock transformative infrastructure improvements in Old Tullytown Borough, setting the stage for a vibrant revitalization.

Key projects include the complete overhaul of Main Street with modern streetscaping and the reconstruction of the central municipal parking lot, which connects residents and visitors to the borough's ballfields, parks, trails, and playgrounds.
These upgrades—featuring new curbs, sidewalks, decorative lighting, trees, seating, and ADA-compliant intersections—will create a safer, more inviting environment.

By enhancing access to public amenities and fostering a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, this investment will drive economic growth, attract new opportunities, and ensure Tullytown Borough thrives as a dynamic, welcoming community for all.
“Tullytown Borough is extremely grateful for Congressman Fitzpatrick’s hard work and leadership in securing funding to support our efforts to revitalize our community. These funds will allow us to make much-needed improvements to our roads and streets, that will make Tullytown an even better place to live, work, and raise a family,” stated Borough Councilman Bryan Servis.
The CPF was introduced by Fitzpatrick into the FY2024 Consolidated Appropriations Act as a part of the Community Project Funding program—an initiative that allows Members of Congress to target federal funds for projects and programs within their districts to address the most significant needs facing their communities.
Through the Community Project Funding Request process for the 118th Congress, which was included in the Fiscal Year 2024 budget, Fitzpatrick successfully secured more than $27.5 million in funding for 14 transformative community projects that will directly benefit First District constituents. Additionally, Fitzpatrick secured over $19 million in CPF Funding for 13 projects in FY23 and over $6.6 million in CPF funding for 10 projects in FY22.
