No Charges Pending For Shooter In Pizza Place Robbery: District Attorney
Shawn Rose was shot and killed and his brother Justin Rose was shot in the throat by a customer, according to the DA's office.
Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said a customer of Porfirio's Pizza & Pasta II that shot and killed one robber and wounded a second will not face charges in the incident, the Bucks County Courier Times reports.
Weintraud did not name the customer who shot the robbers under privacy concerns, but did name the robbers, the Times reports.
Justin Rose, 22, and Shawn Rose, 24, both of Bristol, were both shot by the customer, with Shawn Rose dying from a gunshot to the abdomen and Justin Rose in critical condition after being shot in the throat, according to the Times. Justin Rose is potentially facing charges stemming from the incident, the Times reports.

Though Weintraub did not name the customer, he did tell the media the customer was trained in the use of firearms.
An armed customer entered Porfirio's Pizza in Levittown where a customer and two employees were inside the restaurant at the time, according to NBC10 Philadelphia.

The robbers allegedly pistol-whipped the customer. The customer then took out his own weapon and opened fire, shooting both robbers, according to the report
According to CBS3, crews were called out to Porfirio’s II Pizza, Steaks and Hoagies on the 900 block of Veteran Highway to tend to the shooting.
Officials say the two people were shot inside the pizza place, where one was killed and another was taken to an area hospital for treatment, according to the report.
