19-Year-Old Woman Killed In Rollover Bristol Crash

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — A 19-year-old woman was killed late Tuesday when the Jeep she was driving struck a utility pole and a tree before overturning.

Bristol Township Police were called at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday to 3401 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road. There, a silver 2003 Jeep Cherokee had been traveling south when it went off the roadway near Brittany Springs Apartments, police said.

It struck the utility pole and tree then flipped over, according to police.

The driver, who was from Bristol, was killed in the crash, police said. Bristol police were not publicly identifying the woman Thursday morning.

Police were assisted at the scene by Bristol Township Fire Police, Newtown Fire Company No. 12, Edgely Fire Company and the Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad.
