2 Industrial Projects Approved In Falls Township
The Falls Township Board of Supervisors recently signed off on upgrades for two township businesses.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Two industrial expansion projects have been greenlighted in the township.
During a recent meeting, the Falls Township Board of Supervisors said that PGE Rentals has received preliminary and final land development approval to expand its existing parking area to house more vehicles, as well as outside areas where equipment is fitted or repaired.
The company — located on a 4.05-acre site in the planned industrial park zoning district — provides vehicles and equipment for railroads, transit authorities, and utilities and contractors throughout North America.

In other business, supervisors granted a waiver of land development for Silvi Concrete to construct a 2,900-square-foot building addition for the office area, along with site improvements such as additional parking and restriping of the parking area.
