The motorcycle rider was taken to Capital Regional Medical Center in Trenton.

According to speed tests and other analysis, the motorcycle did not appear to be speeding, Whitney said. He said the SUV appears to have been making a left turn without gaining full clearance and its driver was at fault in the crash.
