The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is honoring three people killed in Falls Township two years ago in March.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Bucks County District Attorney's Office has honored the three victims of a fatal shooting two years ago.
In its "Justice Remembered" edition this week, authorities were honoring the memories of Karen Gordon, Kera Gordon, and Taylor Daniel, three beloved family members whose lives were tragically taken during a targeted act of domestic violence in Falls Township on March 16, 2024.
The fatal shootings canceled the Bucks County St. Patrick's Day Parade as many communities were in lockdown mode.

"This senseless tragedy shook the Falls Township community to its core, leaving a void that continues to be felt by their neighbors, friends, and the many lives they touched," the Bucks County District Attorney's Office said.
The events of that morning sparked a massive, multi-jurisdictional response that spanned two states.

As the suspect fled from Falls Township into Trenton, N.J., police officers from the Falls Township Police Department worked seamlessly with Bucks County Detectives, the FBI, and New Jersey authorities.
"Their swift coordination during a high-stakes standoff ensured that the suspect was apprehended before any further harm could come to the public," authorities said.
Authorities provided some details about each victim:
- Karen Gordon, 52, was a devoted mother and a pillar of her family. An Army veteran, Karen was the glue that held her family together. On that tragic morning, she died a hero, putting herself in harm's way to protect her family.
- Kera Gordon, 13, was a bright 8th grader in the Pennsbury School District. She was a beloved student who loved her family and friends. She is remembered by her classmates and teachers for her spirit and the potential that was so cruelly cut short.
- Taylor Daniel, 25, was a loving mother of two. Even in the face of terror, Taylor’s last acts were those of a protector, shielding her children and ensuring their safety above all else. Her dedication to her children remains her most powerful legacy. After a thorough prosecution and constant coordination with the families, justice was served. Led by then-District Attorney Jennifer Schorn, the case resulted in guilty pleas to first-degree murder and a sentence of three consecutive life terms without parole, plus more than 150 years in additional prison time. While no sentence can replace what was lost, it ensures the perpetrator will never again threaten our community. We remember Karen, Kera, and Taylor, not for the tragedy that ended their lives, but for the love they shared and the light they brought to Bucks County. They are why we continue to work every day to prevent such a tragedy from ever happening again.
