4 Arrested In Connection With Philly Drug Trafficking Ring Dealing In Bucks

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Three Pennsylvania residents and a New Jersey resident are facing felony charges in Bucks County in connection with a drug trafficking organization operating out of Philadelphia that was making deliveries in Bucks County.

Search warrants were executed on Monday at three homes in Philadelphia and one in New Jersey, resulting in the seizure of significant quantities of drugs, firearms, cash, and other assets including 40 pounds of marijuana, 950 grams of cocaine, 1,000 suspected Fentanyl pills, 141 Xanax pills, 200 grams of Psylocibin mushrooms, $31,044 in cash, three handguns, a 2021 Ford Raptor pick up truck, a dozen high end designer handbags, and numerous items of drug-related paraphernalia.

Four individuals were arrested and taken to Middletown Township Police Headquarters where they were processed.

Police have charged Tuan Ricca, 52, of South Dover Street, Philadelphia; Sokan Hao, 45, of South Jonagold Drive, Glassboro, New Jersey; Vo Minh Thu, 35, of South 31st Street, Philadelphia; and Summer Kim, 27, of South Mrytlewood Drive, Philadelphia, with corrupt organizations, a first-degree felony; criminal use of a communications facility, a second-degree felony; dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, a first-degree felony; and numerous other counts.

They were transported to Middletown Township Police Headquarters, processed and arraigned before District Judge Baranoski. Bail ranged from $250,000 to $2 million.

The arrests followed a two-month investigation by the Middletown Township Police Department's Special Investigations Unit and the PA State Police Southeast Strike Force. They were assisted by DEA Group 23, Eastern Interdiction, PSP Shield Team, Narcotics K9, PSP Aviation, PSP Troop K, New Jersey State Police, the PA Attorney General’s Office, and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
