72-Year-Old Man Killed In Oxford Valley Road Crash: Police
Falls Township Police are investigating the cause of a two-vehicle crash near Route 1 in which a Philadelphia man died Thursday morning.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —A 72-year-old Philadelphia man has died in a two-vehicle crash on North Oxford Valley Road Thursday morning, police said.
The Falls Township Police Department is investigating the crash that happened around 10:55 a.m. on North Oxford Valley Road in the area of Route 1.
Police said that a preliminary investigation has determined that a black 2023 Honda CR-V had collided with a silver 2005 Acura MDX.

As a result of the collision, the Honda CR-V rolled over and the driver was ejected through the sunroof, police said.
His injuries were treated at the scene by first responders, then he was transported to the St. Mary Medical Center where he died of his injuries, police said.

A message was left for Bucks County Coroner Meredith Buck regarding information about an autopsy and the man's identity.
The Honda was also occupied by the driver's 45-year-old son, who also lives in Philadelphia, and who was treated for minor injuries at Saint Mary Medical Center.
The driver of the Acura is a 63-year-old man from Trenton, N.J., police said.
Alcohol/drug usage and medical emergencies are not believed to be factors in the crash, police said.
