LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — A 31-year-old Philadelphia man is in custody for the repeated sexual assault of a minor over a four-year period after being captured by U.S. Marshals on Tuesday, authorities said.

Bryan Christopher Williams of Philadelphia, was apprehended without incident at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Philadelphia, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said.

The sexual assaults allegedly occurred between 2021 and 2025 at various locations, including the Mill Creek Village Apartments in Penndel and the Neshaminy Shore Picnic Park in Hulmeville, authorities said. According to police, the victim was 11 years old at the time of the assaults.

Police said he may have additional victims.

Williams was charged following a joint investigation by the Bucks County Detectives and the Bucks County Park Police, after an initial report was received by the Falls Township Police Department in late March 2026.

The investigation was initiated after reports of sexual assaults occurring on Bucks County-owned property, authorities said.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the victim provided investigators with a recording of a phone conversation from September 2025.

In the recording, Williams confirmed the sexual encounters when confronted by the victim.

Williams was charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault, and corruption of minors, authorities said.

His arrest was executed by the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force.

Due to the heinous nature of the charges and the significant risk Williams posed to the victim and the community, bail was denied, and he was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility, authorities said.

Detectives believe Williams may have additional victims, and anyone with information is urged to call them at 215-348-6354.
