The project is expected to bring possibly 600 jobs and significant economic investment to the region while ensuring the company's continued growth remains in Pennsylvania, officials said.

Farry said he had worked over the past year to support the expansion efforts and establish a location for it in his 6th Senatorial district.

URBN — once known as Urban Outfitters — did not choose Farry's location, but opted for another one in Lower Bucks County, Farry said.

Anthropologie, and FP Movement has stores in Newtown and Terrain has a location in Doylestown Township.

Nuuly is a clothing rental platform launched by URBN, the parent company of Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People.

It allows subscribers to select six items a month from a curated collection of hundreds of brands, including both its parent company labels and other contemporary or eco-conscious designers

"The creation of approximately 600 new jobs, along with the economic activity generated by this facility, will provide meaningful opportunities for residents throughout Bucks County and neighboring communities," Farry said.

State Rep. Joe Hogan applauded the announcement, stating that the Nuuly distribution center "represents a major commitment to our region and will create valuable employment opportunities for local families while strengthening Bucks County’s position as an attractive destination for business growth and economic development.”
