LANGHORNE, PA — Neshaminy High School will hold its graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2026 on Saturday morning.
School officials moved the ceremony on Wednesday due to thunderstorms arriving in the region.
With the forecast calling for more storms on Thursday, school officials changed the ceremony to 11 a.m. on Saturday.
"This decision was not made lightly," school officials said. "Our primary goal has always been to provide our graduates and their families with the memorable outdoor graduation experience they have anticipated and deserve."
Neshaminy school staff will be working hard to park vehicles as quickly and efficiently as possible, using every available parking space.
All school rules and policies are in effect during graduation.
Anyone traveling through the area should be mindful of everyone heading to the high school at the same time.
School officials said heavy traffic and delays are expected.
The Middletown Township Police and event staff will be on hand directing traffic.
"Congratulations to the Neshaminy High School Class of 2026," school officials said. "You've survived exams, projects, early mornings, late nights, homework and all those big decisions on your next steps. To the parents, caregivers, family members, and supporters who helped make this day possible for your student — this celebration belongs to you too."
