LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — He's a legend far beyond our galaxy.
William Shatner — the actor who played the legendary Captain Kirk in the classic Star Trek franchise — is coming to the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown Township on Saturday.
Shatner will hold a meet and greet with fans and sign autographs at Dynasty Sports & Framing inside the mall.
The appearance of the Hollywood legend — who was in a cereal commercial during the Super Bowl — is expected to begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The 95-year-old actor from Canada is best known for playing Captain James T. Kirk in the Star Trek television series, which ran for three years from 1966 to 1969.
The show was canceled but gained a cult following through syndication. That following made Captain Kirk an icon and Shatner later appeared in numerous movies for the franchise.
