FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — A township man is in custody after being charged with the sexual assault of a teenage girl, police said.
The Falls Township Police Department has charged Jose Coto Flores, 38, with statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors and related misdemeanors.
He was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Falls Township Police outside his home in the township's Thornridge section on Tuesday.
According to a criminal complaint, Falls Township Police launched an investigation last month after a woman and teenage girl came forward and alleged that Coto Flores sexually assaulted the girl in 2024 and 2025.
The girl allegedly said she told Coto Flores’ wife after he molested her in 2024, but when confronted he denied the allegations, the complaint stated.
Flores was sent to Bucks County Prison without bail by Judge Galloway.
