New Middletown Township Manager Sworn In

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — He's now officially on board.

At its meeting this week, the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors welcomed Christopher Hoffman after he was sworn in as the new township manager.

Supervisors thanked Stephanie Teoli Kuhls for returning to serve as interim township manager.

"We welcome Mr. Hoffman and look forward to his leadership, experience, and all that he will bring to our community," supervisors said.

Hoffman served as the township manager for Lower Moreland Township in Montgomery County, a position he has held since 2013.

He brings over 15 years of municipal government experience and a strong background in local government administration, budgeting, operations, personnel management, and community engagement, township officials stated at the time of his hiring in mid-July.

During his tenure, Hoffman has overseen municipal operations across multiple departments, managed a multi-million-dollar operating budget, led personnel and labor relations efforts, coordinated land development projects, and worked with elected officials, department heads, consultants, and community stakeholders.

"As we begin this new chapter, we also extend our sincere appreciation to Stephanie Teoli Kuhls for returning to serve the township," supervisors said. "Her dedication to Middletown Township, steady leadership, and continued commitment to our community are deeply appreciated. Thank you, Stephanie, for once again answering the call."
