Board Directors Honored By Neshaminy School District
January is School Director Recognition Month in Pennsylvania. The Neshaminy school board reorganized last month.

LANGHORNE, PA —The Neshaminy School District is honoring its school board members with January being School Director Recognition Month in Pennsylvania.
The district wanted to appreciate their school directors who not only attend meetings twice a month, but also participate in committee meetings, workshops, training sessions and meet with community members to hear and discuss their concerns.
"They are responsible for critical decisions regarding budgets, facilities, curriculum, safety, and hiring," the district said in a Facebook post. "If you see one of them around in our community, please thank them for their dedication to the students , educators, and taxpayers of Neshaminy"

Each school board member is elected to a four-year term for one of three regions in the district where they live.
The school board reorganized last month with former Vice President Tina Hollenbach now serving as president and Paul Saraullo being vice president.
