Bristol Township Changes High School Graduation Plans
The Bristol Township School District postponed its graduation ceremony on Wednesday after thunderstorms moved into region.
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — With thunderstorms moving into the area, the Bristol Township School District has changed graduation plans for the Class of 2026.
The school district was among others in Lower Bucks County — including the Bensalem and Neshaminy school districts — to change graduation plans due to inclement weather this week.
Bristol Township School District's 2026 Harry S Truman High School graduation was postponed from Wednesday night to Saturday morning.

"This was not an easy decision, and we fully understand that a postponement creates challenges for families," school officials said. "However, based on the most current information available, we believe this decision gives us the best opportunity to celebrate our graduates in the way they deserve while prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone in attendance."
The rescheduled graduation ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

The gates to Hank Johns/Henry C. Morgan Stadium at the Green Lane campus will open at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday.
