Bucks Co. St. Patrick's Parade Is March 16 In Levittown

There will be a pre-parade mass at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School and an after-party at Ancient Order of Hiberians in Bristol.

LEVITTOWN, PA — The wearin' o' the green will start a day early in Bucks, when the county's St. Patrick's Day Parade steps off in Levittown on Saturday, March 16.

Set for 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., the parade will begin at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School, at 611 Wistar Rd. in Fairless Hills, and end at the Levittown American baseball fields on New Falls Road.

Celebrating its 31st year, the parade's grand marshal will be Monsignor Michael P. McCormak of St. Francis Cabrini Church in Fairless Hills. This year's theme is "Peace, Freedom and Devotion."

Parade units will include Irish dance groups, marching bands, pipe bands, mummers, local law enforcement, community groups, local Irish-American families and more.

There will be a pre-parade mass held at the chapel of Conwell-Egan High School and an after-party at noon at the Ancient Order of Hiberians at 614 Corson St. in Bristol.
