Bucks County Toddler's Fatal Overdose Now Murder Case, Report Says
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports an informant told police Coco Kollie Wallace of Levittown said he gave his 2-year-old a fatal overdose.

Authorities now consider the overdose death of a Middletown Township toddler last fall a murder case, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Coco Kollie Wallace of Levittown was arrested in November by Middletown Township Police. He was charged with criminal homicide, recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance in connection with the 2-year-old’s death.
According to authorities, Wallace’s son died on Oct. 22 in the emergency room of a Bucks County hospital.

Toxicology tests following the toddler’s death found he had ingested three times the level of Oxycodone that would kill the average adult, authorities said.
However, in a report published Tuesday, the Philadelphia Inquirer said an informant told police Wallace admitted to him that he killed his son to get back at the boy’s mother, who he believed was cheating on him.

According to multiple reports, Wallace admitted he had Oxycodone pills in his possession around the time of his son’s death.
