Burglar Steals Register From Falls Twp. Bakery

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Falls Township are asking for help catching a burglar they say broke into a local bakery and stole the cash register.

The burglary happened at about 4:19 p.m. on June 9 at Italian People's Bakery, at 382 W. Trenton Ave. in the Morrisville section of Falls. According to police, a man on a bicycle rode behind the bakery, broke into a back door and stole the register.

On Tuesday, Falls Township Police shared surveillance photographs of the suspected burglar. Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact Detective J. Vella at 215-949-9100, Ext. 431 or j.vella@fallstwp.com.
