🍂 VENDORS NEEDED FOR OUR EVERYTHING’S FREE YARD “SALE”!
Doing a fall cleanout? Instead of hauling unwanted items to the donation center, or letting them sit in your basement for another year, bring them to our Everything’s FREE Yard “Sale” and give them a new home!
The Kim Rock Group of Keller Williams is looking for community members to fill vendor spots at this unique event where everything is given away completely FREE.
HOW IT WORKS FOR VENDORS:
🚗 Load up your car or pickup truck with gently used items you’re ready to part with.
📦 Bring clothing, toys, books, household items, home décor, small appliances and other useful items.
🎁 Set up your spot and give EVERYTHING away for free—no pricing, selling or haggling!
🙌 Leave the leftovers to us! Anything remaining at the end of the event can be left behind for removal by EZ Cleanout.
It’s basically a yard sale without the work of pricing everything and without having to pack up what doesn’t go!

RESERVE A VENDOR SPOT
Pre-registration is required, and vendor spots are limited. No vendor spots will be available at the event.
A $25 refundable reservation fee is required to hold your space.
✅ Show up and participate → your $25 is fully refunded.
✅ Cancel more than 24 hours in advance → your $25 is fully refunded.
❤️ Cancel less than 24 hours before the event or don't show → your $25 will be donated to Fostering Hope.
Vendors should arrive between 8:15–8:45 AM for setup. All items must fit in your car's trunk or pickup truck, and everything must be given away for FREE.

JUST WANT TO SHOP?
Shopping begins at 9 AM, no early birds! Everything is FREE, and no registration is required for shoppers. Bring a reusable shopping bag or wagon and see what you can find!
Rain or shine! The event will only be canceled in the case of severe weather, such as lightning or flooding.
