CMA Promotes Three Employees

PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. – April 27, 2015 – Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), a full-service marketing firm located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, has promoted three of its associates.

Gabrielle Copperwheat has been promoted to association director of CMA Association Management. In this new role she will serve as a member of the CMA Leadership Team and will manage association business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth. She will lead association department staff and daily operations, as well as oversee organization structure, account assignments and staff development.

“Gabrielle has continually grown, taken on more responsibility and looked for new opportunities throughout four years at CMA,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, president and CEO of CMA. “I look forward to her bringing her energy and dedication to the executive leadership team of the company and helping us grow further.”

Josephine Crutchley has been promoted to project manager. She has been with CMA for almost three years. “Josephine’s performance on two of our large accounts has been instrumental in her growing to the next level in CMA,” said Barnhart. “Her promotion is well deserved.”

Crutchley was awarded the highest level of recognition at CMA, a Crew Star, last fall.

In her new position, Crutchley will be responsible for full projects for her assigned associations, which includes setting project objectives that align with her clients’ goals.

In addition, Nicole Lauzon, of Fairless Hills, has been promoted to client coordinator. “Formerly a client administrator, Lauzon has shown abilities to support associations and their members at a more interactive, proactive and creative level both at headquarters and at events,” Barnhart said. “She was one of our 2014 Crew Stars, and watching her develop and find her niche is very rewarding.”

Lauzon has been with CMA for more than seven years and has fulfilled many different administrative functions during this time.
