Like variety in your cardio workout? Our workout consists of 45 minutes of traditional floor aerobics, cardio kickboxing, or step aerobics. We conclude each class with 15 minutes of body sculpting and abdominal work: efficiently combine cardio and strengthening in one class. Designed for all fitness levels.
