Kid Yoga

Motor skills, physical strength and social skills will improve through yoga. Children learn about cooperation, the envir- onment, their emotions and abstract concepts such as freedom, generosity and security while using music, books, art, breathing techniques and yoga poses to build self-esteem and confidence. Classes are 45 minutes long. (Ages 5-7) 5j uollar discount if you register by Jan. 21 or if you are registering more than one child.
