
Facilitated by PT Transformations' Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, this 75-minute class takes Yoga to the next level. Participants are given a 15-minute basic paddleboard lesson followed by 60 minutes of Yoga stretches and poses. Enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature while the gentle ripples of the water stimulates your senses even further. (Note: Paddleboards are anchored in the water during class.)
