PT Transformations is the proud originator of 'Yoga on the River'. Our Saturday 9 am Yoga class is held on the banks of the Delaware River from April to October. The first two classes (April 14st and 21st) are FREE.
This fun, engaging class teaches thefundamental flow of Vinyasa yoga while practicing the various postures of Hathayoga. Special emphasis is placed on correct alignment, using the breath, andlearning to quiet the chatter of the mind to find peace and inner stillness.
