Ex-Bucks Co. Employee Admits Trying To Meet Teen For Sex
The former planning commission employee also worked as a night custodian for the Neshaminy School District.
HOLLAND, PA — A former Bucks County and Neshaminy School District employee has pleaded guilty to pursuing a sexual encounter online with someone he thought was 14 years old.
Kevin Eugene Sager, 47, of Holland, was arrested in December for sending a sexually explicit image to someone he believed to be a minor and traveling to have sex with that minor, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
He actually had contacted a special agent with the attorney general's office's Child Predator section.

A criminal complaint said that, in December, Sager drove around a proposed meeting location about eight times before pulling in at about 1 a.m. He was arrested and allegedly confirmed that he was the person contacting the undercover agent using an app.
Sager, who had been employed by the Bucks County Planning Department and worked nights as a custodian with the Neshaminy School District, pleaded guilty Tuesday to charges of unlawful contact with a minor and attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

His sentencing was deferred for 90 days.
"The defendant was a public employee and also worked as a custodian at a local school," Shapiro said in a written statement. "Meanwhile, he was preying on someone he believed to be a child online. Thanks to the hard work of our Child Predator Section, he admitted to his crimes in court today, and he is no longer in a position where he can exploit children.
"My office will investigate and pursue anyone who poses a threat to our children, no matter who they are."
Sager was suspended from his job with the planning commission, where he worked as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant, after his arrest.
