Falls Township to Offer Photo Contest

The Parks and Recreation Department will collect entries beginning Oct. 1 and continuing through Nov. 30.

Do you enjoy taking photos at Falls Township Community Park or other sites in the township?

Residents and non-residents alike can try their hand at photographing all the township has to offer – for the possibility of a prize.

Beginning on Oct. 1 and continuing through Nov. 30, the Falls Township Parks and Recreation Department will offer a photo contest. Photographers can submit entries in any of these categories: Plants, wildlife, landscape, architectural or other.

Participants can enter as many times as they like, but will only be eligible for one prize in one of the photography categories.

The contest is free and open to everyone. However, photos must be taken within Falls Township.

The Parks and Recreation Board will judge entries at its Dec. 7 meeting. Awards will be presented at a Falls Township Board of Supervisors meeting in either December or January.

Beginning on Oct. 1 and continuing through Nov. 30 entries can be submitted through the Falls Township Website.
