Father's Day Weekend Of Events At Sesame Place

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Sesame Place Philadelphia is holding a Father's Day Fan Fest of events this weekend.

The Middletown Township amusement park has plenty of plans for the holiday.

They include:

· Father’s Day Fan Zone – Guests can play games, rock out to sports jams, and kick soccer balls with Phang, the mascot of the Philadelphia Union soccer team, to get ready to celebrate the world’s soccer tournament! Plus, meet mascots and icons from regional teams, including Rocky Bluewinkle from the Wilmington Blue Rocks baseball team.

· Furry Friends “Fan Zone” Dance Party – This dance party celebrating dads will have everyone dancing and singing along.

· West Powelton Steppers & Drum Squad – The award-winning step team and official drumline of the Philadelphia 76ers returns for fun and energetic performances.

· Father’s Day Dine* – For an extra special treat, guests can reserve a spot at the Father’s Day Dine! The Dine features a delicious buffet meal and appearances from everyone’s favorite furry friends.

Bucks County native and children’s performer, composer, pianist, and tap dancer David Jack will return to the park for exclusive performances on June 27 and 28. David Jack performed at the park for 11 years.

Guests can enjoy whirling rides, splashy water slides, exciting characters stage shows, and the award-winning Sesame Street Party Parade.

During the month of June, Season Pass Members receive $10 in Sesame Cash, free Abby’s One Ride Magic Queue, discounted guest tickets, and more.
