She's printed up "Justice for Jason" T-shirts and she'll be out on the streets Sunday in Lower Bucks County posting flyers at businesses and on polls seeking information and offering a reward. Her route already includes Levittown, Tullytown, and Morrisville.
"Everything I'm doing is for Jason because I'm not letting his name be forgotten and this person will not get away with it," Poore told Patch on Wednesday.

Poore, who lives in Philadelphia, said Wednesday marked 31 days since Smith of Levittown was struck by a Chevrolet pickup truck in the parking lot of McDonald’s at 7700 Bristol Pike.
The Bucks County District Attorney's Office joined Bristol Township police in urging the driver involved in the hit-and-run to come forward.
Before being struck, Smith and the driver were involved in some type of brief altercation, authorities said.
Poore said she has not received any updates as of Wednesday.
"There's nothing new to report at this time," said Manuel Gamiz Jr., director of communications for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.
Poore has been posting messages and pictures as reminders most days on Facebook, trying to get the word out as much as possible.
"Jason is a kind-hearted person and was never confrontational," Poore said in a post last week. "We are at a loss as to what happened that day. Our family desperately needs answers and closure."
Poore said she is working on a candlelight vigil for Jason in the coming weeks, once all the T-shirts have come in. She's ordered the candles and is making posters.
"Our hearts are broken and we seek Justice for Jason," she said.
She's asking for people to be on the lookout for the vehicle and to inform the police if it is spotted.
The pickup truck is a blue Chevrolet, possibly a 2013 Silverado with a front vanity plate. The truck may be missing an oval-shaped black plastic trim piece, described as an end cap for the driver-side running board. See a picture of the car below.
