Fire Damages Home In Bristol Borough: FD
The Third District Volunteer Fire Company responded to an early morning fire Friday at a home on Buckley Street in Bristol Borough.

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA —An early Friday morning fire damaged a borough home on Buckley Street, fire officials said.
The Third District Volunteer Fire Company responded at 1 a.m. Friday to a building fire in the 200 block of Buckley Street, Fire Chief Howard McGoldrick said.
Engine 50 arrived to discover heavy smoke showing from the second floor of the home.

Engine 14, with six firefighters, arrived and secured a secondary water supply, and assisted with the first attack line, fire officials said.
Tower 14 arrived next with four personnel from the opposite direction.

The crew successfully relocated Engine 50’s charged 5” supply line that allowed the tower to gain a position in the front of the building. Crews went into service for a primary search, ventilation, and the pulling of ceilings and walls to locate any hidden pockets of fire.
Fire officials did not say whether any occupants were in the home or if any injuries were reported.
