Free Flu Shots Scheduled In Levittown

The shots will be given at no charge by the Bucks County Department of Health.

LEVITTOWN, PA — Flu season in Pennsylvania is getting closer. If you're thinking about heading it off with a flu shot, you'll be able to do so for free next month in Levittown.

The Bucks County Department of Health will be holding three flu-shot clinics in September. At each, you can get your 2019 flu shot for free.

In Levittown, a clinic will be held Sept. 14, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Bucks County Department of Health's Levittown office at 7321 New Falls Rd. The shots will be given free to Bucks County residents 3 and older as long as supplies last.

Other clinics will be held in Quakertown and Doylestown.

In Pennsylvania, flu monitoring seasons starts the 40th week of the year, usually around the beginning of October. It ends in the 20th week of the following year, which will be in May.
