Georgine’s has not posted any announcements on its website and on social media regarding the property sale.

The listing describes it as a “very large, very well-known, and popular” business that has been in the community for more than forty years.

It highlights the restaurant’s popularity during holidays, including Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s, noting that it serves about 800 dinners on each occasion and often has to turn away latecomers.

The listing said there are growth opportunities at the site and with the business.

“Absolute turn-key operation and the concept with a new owner should not change,” it reads.
Michael Riccardi, the listing agent, is marketing the property as an excellent opportunity for a new restaurateur.

The restaurant is consistently full and banquets are booked at least one year in advance, with three banquet rooms, two of which were recently renovated at a cost of more than $200,000, the listing states.

The listing states that a new owner can greatly increase business on social media, which the present owners do not do.

The six-day operation will also keep the fully operating staff in place since many employees are long-time staff members.
