Lane Closures On Route 13 Expected For Next Two Weeks
PennDOT said periodic lane closures start Monday in Levittown and Bensalem for line striping and sign installation.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Periodic lane closures are expected over the next two weeks as PennDOT conducts line striping on Route 13 in several communities starting Monday.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that line striping and sign installations will begin Monday under a project to install safety enhancements to improve travel and reduce high-speed crashes.

- Monday, April 3, through Monday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., periodic weekday lane closures are scheduled on U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) between Mill Road and Levittown Parkway in Bristol and Bensalem townships.
- Monday, April 3, through Monday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., periodic weekday lane closures are scheduled on northbound U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) between Route 413 (Veterans Highway) and Levittown Parkway) in Bristol and Tullytown townships.
- Monday, April 3, through Monday, April 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., periodic weekday lane closures are scheduled on Newport Road between Dixon Avenue and Laings Avenue in Bristol Township.
Motorists are advised to allow more time for travel through the work areas because backups and slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Kuharchik Construction, Inc. of Exeter, is the general contractor on this $7.5 million project, which is financed with 100% federal funds.
