MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —Stormwater Improvements are planned this week on Route 213, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that stormwater improvements are planned this week on state highways in Bucks and Montgomery counties under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management and facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Motorists are advised of lane closures on Monday, Jan. 8, through Friday, Jan. 12, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the following location:

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
