Levittown's Zachary Breidenbach Joins Stark & Stark

The law firm of Stark & Stark announced Zachary Breidenbach, Esq., joined its Lawrenceville office. He is a resident of Levittown, Pa., and holds a J.D. from Barry University School of Law.

Mr. Breidenbach is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, Commercial Litigation and Shopping Center & Retail Development groups, concentrating his practice in the area of commercial foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he worked for a Pennsylvania-based law firm where he was part of the team of attorneys who researched, briefed, strategized and argued a multi-party fraudulent transfer adversary proceeding in bankruptcy court. The case, which spanned multiple years, resulted in a successful settlement favorable to Mr. Breidenbach’s clients.
