The first woman —a 24-year-old who lived in New Jersey at the time she was allegedly victimized —told Bristol Township Police and Bucks County Detectives said she met Gallo at a Langhorne restaurant on Dec. 24, 2023, before going to his house.

The woman said Gallo made her a drink in his kitchen while she was playing with his dog. The woman said she hardly ever drank but finished the drink Gallo provided that had a sugar rim.

The woman said the drink made her feel "energetic and calm and cool" and the two engaged in sexual activity in which she said Gallo was choking her often to the point that he was restricting her airflow. She told him to stop. The woman left Gallo's house the next day.

The woman said she met Gallo several times after, bringing him food to work at his construction sites before she tested positive during a job application for multiple substances including cocaine and methamphetamine, court records state.

The second woman —a 29-year-old who lived in New Jersey at the time she was allegedly victimized —said she began talking with Gallo in June 2023 and then met him after. Gallo asked her if she drank wine and the woman was invited to his home.

Gallo gave the woman a tour of his house before pulling a bottle of white wine from his refrigerator. Gallo said he was going to take a shower since he had just finished work.

After the shower, Gallo asked the woman how she was feeling and she said she was aroused. Gallo told her he had some lingerie he bought for his ex-girlfriend that had never worn since they broke up.

Gallo told the woman to put the lingerie on and then asked if she ever had used sex toys, to which the woman responded that she hadn't. The woman agreed to do so since she was "feeling very sexual," the affidavit states.

After having sex for a few hours, the woman asked Gallo if he drugged her and he responded that he put "a Molly in the wine bottle."

In October 2023, the two went camping at Lake Wallenpaupack. On the ride, Gallo asked her to try a new flavor of Mountain Dew. The two had sex in a tent in which the woman said at the time that she "did not have control of her faculties," the affidavit states. She also said Gallo tried to choke her during sex.

After another encounter in which the woman consumed "shrooms," she went to a hospital and tested for methamphetamine and was experiencing psychosis.

The third woman —a 30-year-old from Philadelphia —was discovered by Bristol Township police for a wellness check on Feb. 23. The woman had been in Gallo's house for five hours and believed she had been drugged.

The woman said she went to Gallo's house to hang out with him as he packed for a trip and he made her a margarita, which she had never drank before. She said they began watching television in his bedroom but she declined his sexual advances and he became mad at her, the affidavit states.

The woman said she was up for seven straight days because of the substances Gallo gave her.

The fourth woman —a 22-year-old from Bethlehem —started sharing text messages with Gallo on Aug. 1 and went to his house on Aug. 4. Gallo fixed her a drink and took a shower, the woman told police. She also wore the lingerie Gallo requested.

The woman said Gallo poured shots of tequila in her mouth and she started vomiting earlier the next morning. The woman said she performed oral sex on Gallo and he choked her to the point of unconsciousness. The woman went to the hospital the next day because she was bruised and not feeling well and was informed that she had been drugged.

The fifth woman —an 18-year-old from Philadelphia —was found on a bed in Gallo's bedroom after police executed a search warrant. The woman provided a blood draw.

The woman said she visited Gallo several times from November 2023 to Aug. 15 with the visits involving some form of sex, court records state.

The woman said she took some pills and drank alcohol and that Gallo choked her during sex.

The sixth woman —a 17-year-old from Philadelphia —said she met Gallo who was listed on the dating site as Andrew John. She went to Gallo's home on Aug. 8 and he had a margarita-type drink waiting for her.

The girl also told Gallo she was 17 and not 19 years old as what her profile on the dating site stated.

"You are going to receive a punishment then," Gallo allegedly replied to her, the affidavit states.

Gallo poured 15 shots of tequila down the girl's throat during sexual contact, forced her to wear lingerie, used sex toys on her, and choked her.
