Micki Kaisenger of Langhorne has helped hundreds of people through her work running sober homes and helping people with addiction.

LANGHORNE, PA —Without community leaders, Langhorne wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?
Micki has helped hundreds of addicts, people suffering from mental illness, and their families in the state. She runs sober homes, sits on boards, volunteers, works with politicians, and works with families in support groups. She gives so much time and effort to help others. She’s the embodiment of an authentic leader/good person.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?
She is a connector and is always willing to help someone suffering by providing resources, her time, and referrals.
