Middletown Township Police Hosting 'Coffee With A Cop' Tuesday

Join local police for a cup of coffee and conversation Tuesday at the Oxford Valley Mall. They'll also be making child ID cards.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Would you like to meet a local cop in a relaxed environment? You'll have that chance tomorrow, when the Middletown Township Police Department hosts Coffee with a Cop at the Oxford Valley Mall.

The event will be held Tuesday, Aug. 8 across from Dunkin Donuts from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Join police for a cup of coffee and conversation. They'll also be making child ID cards and collecting school supplies for donation.

Coffee with a Cop, a program popular in the suburban Philadelphia area, provides an opportunity for the community to ask questions and learn more about what police do in a relaxed, comfortable environment.

"No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood," the police department flyer for the event reads.
