Morrisville Superintendent Joining Neshaminy School District
Sean Haines will become Neshaminy's assistant schools superintendent. His hiring is effective in February.

LANGHORNE, PA —The Morrisville schools superintendent is joining the Neshaminy School District.
The Neshaminy School Board hired Sean Haines as the district's new assistant to the superintendent and director of educational operations at its meeting late last month.
The move is effective Feb. 22.

Haines will replace Paul Meehan, who is retiring on Dec. 8 after eight years with Neshaminy, school officials said.
In this cabinet-level position, Haines will be involved with a wide range of day-to-day administrative duties across the district.

These include building-level appointments, budgeting, enrollment and staff projections, discipline matters, district safety and security protocols, and building infrastructure.
Haines comes to Neshaminy from the Morrisville School District, where he served as schools superintendent since 2021.
He started teaching in Morrisville in 2004, served as Dean of Students in 2017, and was the school district’s middle and senior high school principal since 2017.
