New State-Of-Art Fire Station Coming To Bristol Borough
U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick has secured a $2 million grant to help replace four aging fire stations in Bristol Borough.

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — Bristol Borough has received $2 million in federal funding to help build a state-of-the-art fire station for the community.
U.S. Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick — who co-chairs the Congressional Fire Services Caucus — secured the federal Community Project funding that will replace four outdated fire facilities located across the historic borough.
That will create a centralized emergency response hub, bringing critical resources and personnel together under one roof to accelerate response times, coordination, and the ability to deliver around-the-clock protection.

The new fire station will accommodate both volunteer and career firefighters with on-site living quarters and house a Bucks County Rescue Squad substation—ensuring faster deployment, enhanced readiness, and modern infrastructure that safeguards residents and first responders.
“This $2 million investment is a major step forward for public safety in our community," said Bristol Borough Council President Ralph DiGuiseppe, who is also president of the Bucks County Rescue Squad.

"Our first responders answer the call for this community every single day and deserve infrastructure equal to the extraordinary responsibility they carry," Fitzpatrick said. "By bringing four aging stations together under one roof, we are delivering on that commitment."
