Police said the preliminary investigation determined that a 32-year-old Quakertown Borough man, who is an employee with Mazza Steel, was operating a front-end loader when it accidentally drove over Bravo.

Bravo was an employee of Mazza Steel who was engaged in a work-related task unrelated to the operation of the front-end loader, police said.
